If you want to lose some weight and you have so much appetite for eating, maybe these tricks help you to eat less.
- Drink half of a glass of water before your meal. It helps you to feel full so soon and eat less.
- Eat vegetables with all of your meals. You can eat vegie smoothie for your breakfast, too. For dinner and lunch always try to start your meal with green salads. Eating vegetables makes you fill up without eating so much calories.
- Do not stick to carbs so much. Always try to use fiber and protein. Fiber makes you feel full for longer time and protein brings more energy to your body and your muscles. Try to eat at least 25 grams of fiber and between 50 to 100 grams of protein daily.
- Try to calculate your daily eating calories. Keep each of your meal between 300 to 550 calories. So, you can have a 150 calories snack.
- Do not eat your meal while you are working or you are watching TV or you are back on your computer. In this way you can’t find out how much you are eating and after a while you feel hungry again. Eat your meal slowly and just enjoy your meal.
- Eat until you are almost full. Always try to eat 3 quarters of your meal and do not clean your plate! This way you can keep a portion of your meal for later if you think you will feel hungry between meals.
